"General Manager:
I wanted to say "Hat's Off" to Mike in your service department!
My 2005 Polaris Sportsman 500 had been damaged in an attempted theft where the culprit tried to hot wire the quad; ruining the ignition, wire harness, headlight assembly and battery.
Mike was very helpful and informative about the estimate process and how he would work with my insurance company (this was the first claim in my 46 years). Once the estimate was accepted by the Adjustor, Mike ordered the necessary parts and coordinated the repair. He contacted me when the work was complete (which was just what he said he would do) and I was able to meet him and say "Thank You" when I picked up the quad last Saturday morning.
Mike's service skills and experience really shined through the entire process. It's people like Mike who have the gift of being able to take a somewhat lousy situation and turn it into an experience where I drove off thinking; "Wow, that guy is really good at what he does!"
